Delivery time for spare parts
The delivery time depends on the part and on supply. For many part groups the goods are in stock or arrive within 1 working day. We deliver hydraulic pumps within 1 to 2 days.
For other parts we state the delivery time in the quote, before you confirm the order.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses across Croatia, including the islands. You will see the delivery method and delivery cost for your order in the quote for parts, or at the webshop checkout for generators, before you confirm the order.
When you receive a parcel, inspect the packaging. If it is damaged, note this with the courier and let us know straight away.
Generators from the webshop
You order Könner & Söhnen generators in the webshop. After you order, you receive a confirmation by email. The delivery time and delivery cost are shown before you confirm the order.
