Withdrawal from contract

If you bought goods at a distance as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Fill in the form on this page and you receive confirmation that your statement was received straight away by email.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from receiving the goods
Refund: no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement

Who can withdraw from a contract

The right of withdrawal belongs to the consumer, that is, an individual who bought the goods outside their trade, business or profession, where the contract was concluded at a distance (in the webshop, by email or by phone).

If you bought as a company or sole trader, you do not have this right by law. Contact us and we will agree the options.

How to withdraw from a contract

Fill in the form below: order number, first and last name, email and the statement of withdrawal.
Click the Confirm withdrawal button.
You immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email, with the content of the statement and the date and time it was sent.

The deadline is met if you send the statement before the 14 days expire. You can also send the statement by email to info@dieseldijelovi.com or by post to Marjanovićev prilaz 6, 10000 Zagreb.

Returning the goods and the refund

Return the goods no later than 14 days after the day you sent the statement of withdrawal. We will tell you where and how to send them.
We refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if you handled them more than necessary to establish their nature and that they work properly.

Withdrawal and a complaint are not the same thing

If the goods have a defect, you do not have to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. You have the rights under the 2-year statutory guarantee, described on the Warranty page.
